Ingredients.
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- ⅔ cup light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
Preparation.
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to around 340˚F and line an 8” square pan with parchment paper.
Step 2.
Beat butter, brown sugar, and caster sugar together until light and fluffy.
Step 3.
Beat in eggs until combined.
Step 4.
Beat in chocolate until combined.
Step 5.
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt and fold until combined.
Step 6.
Pour ⅓ of the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Step 7.
Place Dairy Milk Caramel bars on top of the batter.
Step 8.
Pour over a second ⅓ of the batter and spread evenly over Dairy Milk Caramel bars.
Step 9.
Place Rolos completely over the batter.
Step 10.
Pour over remaining ⅓ of the batter and spread evenly.
Step 11.
Bake for 35-45 minutes.
