Ingredients.
- ⅓ cup butter, softened
- ⅔ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- ½ cup applesauce
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
Preparation.
Step 1.
In a bowl, beat butter until creamy. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda. Stir until combined. Mix in applesauce and egg. Add flour, a little at a time. Stir in oats.
Step 2.
Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Enjoy!
