Ingredients.
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Preparation.
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2.
Mix mashed bananas, milk, egg, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Stir in oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Step 3.
Spoon batter into mounds on the baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.
Step 4.
Bake in the preheated oven until the top looks dry and edges are golden, about 15 minutes.
