Chocolate Chip Dough Cheesecake

Just by the looks you can already tell it’s going to be an amazing recipe, don’t miss this recipe, my whole family loves the delicious texture and flavor of this sweet cheesecake!

  • 1 package Pillsbury™ Ready To Bake!™ refrigerated chocolate chip cookies (24 cookies)
  • 2 packages (250 g each) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup sour cream


Step 1.
Heat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with shortening or spray with cooking spray.

Step 2.
Place 6 cookies in the freezer. With fingers, press remaining cookies in the bottom of the pan. Set aside while making the filling.

Step 3.
In a large bowl of electric mixer with paddle attachment, beat cream cheese and sugar on low speed until creamy and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating and scraping sides of bowl after each addition. Add whipping cream and sour cream; beat just until combined. Pour filling over the cookie crust.

Step 4.
Remove 6 cookies from the freezer. Crumble frozen cookies over filling.

Step 5.
Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 5 minutes. Turn the oven off and slightly open the door; let cheesecake cool in a warm oven for 2 to 3 hours. Remove cheesecake from the oven. Run butter knife gently around the side of the pan. Refrigerate cheesecake for 1 hour.

Step 6.
Remove the side of the pan. Cut into slices to serve.
