
Try this really cool and tasty recipe to make a pie done with coconut, adds more sweetness to it and adds an special flavor to the pie

Ingredients.
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup baking mix
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup flaked coconut
Preparation.
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
Step 2.
Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter or margarine, and vanilla in a blender container. Cover, and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into the prepared pie plate. Let stand for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut.
Step 3.
Bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
