What could be better than ripe figs dipped in dark chocolate and topped with Himalayan salt? These dark chocolate figs are absolutely delicious.
½ cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
10 fresh figs, halved
½ teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir to make sure all the pieces are melted.
Dip half of each fig in the chocolate and place them on parchment paper.
Sprinkle each fig with a pinch of sea salt.
Allow the chocolate to harden for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
