
This Georgian cake has a pretty unique style into it, it has a cakey and brownie taste making it a special treat!

Ingredients.
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups finely chopped pecans
- 1 ½ cups self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation.
Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2.
Beat eggs, oil, white sugar, and brown sugar together in a bowl until smooth. Stir pecans, flour, and vanilla into the egg mixture; pour into the prepared baking dish.
Step 3.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove lining and beans or weights and continue baking until the crust is golden brown, about 15 minutes more. Let cool completely.
