These healthy peanut butter chocolate bites might not look like model material, but they’re marriage material. The kind of marriage where you get married to food and it’s not even weird. This healthy snack recipe is gluten free and dairy free.
2 tbsp dark chocolate
⅓ cup peanut butter
1 ½ tbsp flax meal or flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp honey
Mix peanut butter, honey, flax meal and coconut flour, add salt.
Melt the dark chocolate.
Wet your hands and form balls with the peanut butter mixture. Roll the balls using a spoon in the melted chocolate until completely covered. Put on a plate or airtight container that is lined with parchment paper.
Freeze for 30 minutes – 1 hour. Enjoy. Keep leftovers in the freezer.
