Let’s talk about how great these 3-ingredient healthy rice krispie treats are! (4 ingredients, if you want a chocolate drizzle) They’re easy to make and so delicious!
3 cups puffed rice
½ cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
⅓ cup maple syrup
⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
Add the puffed rice to a large bowl.
Heat the almond butter and maple syrup in the microwave for 30 seconds to one minute.
Stir the butter syrup mixture into the puffed rice and then press it into the pan in an even layer.
Put in the freezer for 40 minutes to set.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave then drizzle over the top of the bars. Put in the freezer or refrigerator to set.
