These are amazing and heavenly layers of shortbread and biscoff spread, coated in a decadent milk chocolate, the results are fantastic and very delicious with a really unique flavor!

- 10 pieces of shortbread biscuit
- Half a jar of Lotus Biscoff spread
- 250g milk chocolate
Place your Biscoff spread in a piping bag and cut roughly 1 inch off the end.
Pipe the Biscoff spread over each piece of shortbread biscuit and use a knife to smooth it out.
Place chocolate in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
Now carefully dip the Biscoff covered shortbread biscuits into the chocolate and coat completely. Transfer to a sheet of baking paper and use a fork to make indents on the top.
Refrigerate until the chocolate is set. Then eat!
