
These big macs look really good and this recipe in particular is a party appetizer, everyone will like the taste of these burgers!

Ingredients.
- 1/2 lb hamburger
- 1/4 cup bacon crumbles
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper
- american or cheddar cheese
- lettuce
- 4-5 baby dill pickles
- toothpicks
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 Tbsp G Hughes sugar free ketchup
- 1 tsp French’s yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp dill pickle relish
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Preparation.
Step 1.
Mix together burger, bacon, onion powder, and S&P. Press the meat out to 1/2 inch thickness and use a circle cookie cutter to make small circle patties.
Step 2.
Place mini burgers on a parchment covered cookie sheet.
Step 3.
Bake at 400° for 12 minutes. Top with cheese and bake another 3 minutes.
Step 4.
Stir all dip ingredients together until creamy.
Step 5.
Cut pickles into little coins and lettuce into small squares. Assemble your Big Mac Bites by piercing a pickle coin then lettuce square and finishing with a mini burger.
