Red Fruit Skewers with Yogurt Dipping Sauce

The kids will love dipping fruit into this yoghurt dip. For little kids, serve the fruits cut into slices rather than on skewers.

Ingredients

1 tbsp icing sugar mixture

500g strawberries, hulled

1 cup low-fat Greek yoghurt

700g seedless watermelon, peeled, cut into 3cm cubes

Directions

Step 1
Process sugar and half the strawberries until smooth. Divide yoghurt between 4 airtight containers. Dollop one-quarter of the strawberry mixture into each container. Using a wooden skewer, swirl mixtures to form a marble pattern.
Step 2
Halve the remaining strawberries. Thread on skewers alternately with watermelon . Serve skewers with yoghurt mixture.
